My grandfather proposed a loop around Lafayette many years ago. I have been listening and taken note on this issue as it is a topic the city of Lafayette can not ignore now. No one agreed to his idea at the time but it was the best for our city and he was right. I know others have expressed this and remembered his proposal recently. The loop layout would be different as over 30 years Lafayette has grown and changed. I appreciate the ones who do know what I am speaking of and that there is a right way to do this.
